I figured I would try a different brand of vitamins after using the megaman vitamin for so long. I ordered them and recieved them within about 4 days. I ordered the 3 pack. I was suprised when I found that the bottles were made with glass and that 1 of my bottles came broken on the bottom. I put them in a ziplock bag. You are also required to take 4 every day. I wasn't very thrilled about that either. I was a little disappointed with the experience.

Promensil
Promensil is recommended by many gynocologists for women who are peri-menopausal. It contains only natural products and can help diminish night sweats, hot flashes and stress. I have found it to be helpful.

Excellent dietary supplement
I would recommend Promensil to anyone who has menopausal
symtoms. I've tried all the other products and none
of them provided any help, and they all contain black
cohosh, which causes (at least for me) stomach cramps
and problems. This product works in a subtle way,
without any side effects. Try it for yourself.

Buyer beware! Doubtful that red clover works for menopause!
The effect of red clover on menopausal symptoms, if any, is so slight that it is "unclear" whether the supplement provides any meaningful relief from menopausal symptoms, according to alternative medicine researchers in England, who reviewed the five best studies in the February 2007 issue of Phytomedicine. Studies in 86 British women, 23 Australian women, 84 U.S. women, and 12 Dutch women found red clover ineffective for lessening the severity of menopausal symptoms. One study of 53 women in Ecuador found that red clover helped.

doesn't taste good...
I tried it myself and oh, boy.... it tastes like pure asborbic acid (vitamin C). The only way my daughter would eat it, is to mix it with some sweet fruit puree. But I trust this company and wouldn't buy any other brand. I wish it tasted better though. So, I would recommend buying it, just mix it with sweet stuff. I buy Earth's Best puree with mango and pear. Yummy!

Favorite baby vitamin
I've used these with both my babies. They love them and take them no problem! They are high-quality, with natural vitamin E and fish oils, and a terrific value. It is great to have a natural multivitamin formulated for young babies.

Disgusting
I bought these vitamin drops for my infant, because it seemed like a great price at the time, and I had heard that exclusivly breast fed babies should take a vitamin D supplement. However, it was a huge waste of money. I ended up giving the vitamins to my parents to give to their dog. The smell was awful and when I tried to get my baby to take the vitamins, he spit them out and started screaming. And my baby opens up like a little bird for other medications and will eat pretty much anything (except for baby food meat, but who can blame him). It would be nice for him to get all the vitamin D that he needs, but this supplement did us no good on that front. Also, not all baby vitamins are this nasty. When my daughter was an infant she had some that she took no problem, that just smelled like vitamins. Oh, and one of the packages spilled during shipping, so I threw it out as soon as it arrived.

Banish Brain Fog with choline!
I've always been a little leery about the zillion of claims vitamin pushers make for their wares. But back in college I complained to my then boyfriend about how I couldn't remember everything I needed with my studies, and he recommended choline. I figured I'd give it a try.

Well, to my surprise, it WORKED. My short-term memory got a lot better (considering having a crummy memory has always been an issue with me.) I upped the choline doseage and broke out in hives...which just goes to prove the old maxim that more isn't always better.

I recently noticed that my crummy memory is worse than usual, so I figured maybe it was time to break out the choline again. Took it for several weeks, and voila, the brain fog is gone. I don't know if this stuff will work for everyone, but it sure seems to make a difference with me.

I've been taking the TwinLab caps, and they work fine. I can say that Amazon has the best price I've seen on it, esp. if you go with the "subscribe and save" option (you can always cancel it if you don't want to be on that schedule.)

But if you don't want to make a committment, just go to your drugstore and pick up a bottle to see if it'll work for you; just get a good brand like TwinLab.

Then see if choline doesn't give your memory a boost.
