Very Satisfied
I tried this product after my CHI broke. I was very pleased with the product. It worked better than my old CHI but my CHI was already 3 yrs old.
This product was recommended to me by my hair dresser who uses one. Amazon's price is better than the salon. I recommend it.

envisage flat iron is incredible
The flat iron heats up immediately, and the ceramic plates make your hair shiny and silky with lots of body. I didn't need a relaxer or perm to create the style I wanted. It's incredible and will stand up to the CHI or FAROUK irons at a better price.

No More Bad Hair Days
I have long, thick hair with a slight wave and even though I am an owner of a Chi hair dryer and straightner, I was so tired of blow drying and then straightening my hair on the days I washed it. My hairdresser tried getting me to buy the Turbo Ion Croc at the Day Spa she works at, but they were asking to much for it. I finally found this one on Amazon and it was less expensive. I must admit, the Croc has cut my hair grooming time down by 30 minutes. Also, running in and out of my car on hot humid days would start to frizz my hair a little, well, those days are over. I have not had a bad hair day since!

Very good
This product works for many needs. It's a great heat protector if you blow dry and straighten like I do. It leaves hair looking a feeling very silky and soft, and it doesn't weight the hair down or all, or feel sticky or leave a residue. It also helps w/ frizz.

DON'T apply too much, or near the top of your head or it will look very greasy. Less is more, as w/ most CHI products. Apply most of it to the ends.

My only complaint is the smell. It smells like men's cologne. But the smell doesn't "stay", so I don't mind. But that's just my opinion.

Finally a product that actually delivers what is promised! It leaves hair so silky and tames those crazy dry ends from too much processing! I love it.

Wonderful product
I like how this product makes my hair feel--soft and shiny. It doesn't make my hair stiff like hair spray but gives definition and body. Just a little bit is all I use daily and I can "reactivate" it during the day with damp fingers. Great product and found it here for a great price.

Chi Hair Straightner
My product was received brand new in a box in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. I was kept up-to-date on the status and would definately purchase again from Amazon. This product was also about less than they were selling it for in the store.

Good stuff but not the best
Chi has a great product line. I bought this assuming it was the same stuff my stylist uses but I was wrong. It is still a pretty nice product but kinda leaves my hair feeling weighed down. There is another product out there that is much better. But, as far as protecting your hair while you flat iron it....this is pretty nice stuff.

This product is really nice and the price is good. The only problem is the pump on the bottles was either poorly designed and either breaks or keeps coming apart.

Best one I've had
This product is great and worth the price. I have naturally wavy/curly hair and I only have to pull this iron through one time and that's it! It leaves my hair straight and silky looking! Recommend to everyone!

turboion croc titanium review
This is definitely the best straightener I have ever used. But my hair is naturally wavy and I'm afraid with it being such a powerful straightener, my hair doesn't curl as much as it did before.

Best Flat Iron
I have tried many flat irons, this one works the best. I shopped around and this was the best price for the Titanium Croc. I recommend this flat Iron over a ceramic iron for anyone who really wants to have straight hair. It's easy to use and does not take long to heat up. I spend less time on my hair because the flat iron works really well and I don't have to go over the same spot to make my hair straight. Even on days when it rains or there's high humidity my hair stays straight. Excellent product.

Great hair iron!!!!!!
I have used many hair irons from regular retail brands that ranged from awful to pretty good to the expensive ceramic brands since they are better for your hair. This is by far the best iron I have used that is only around 0. How great!! I have used one that was over 0 and I felt wasn't as good as this one. My hair is left super shiny and soft!

Best Flat Iron I've Used
I've tried other ceramic flat irons that don't work nearly as well as this one. This one is titanium and doesn't pull the hair as ceramics tend to do. It also has a digital temperature gauge which makes it easy to know just how hot the iron is and also makes it even easier to adjust so you don't dammage your hair w/ too much heat. In addition, it seems a bit more "sensitive" (for lack of a better word) to the action you're performing -curling or straightening w/ ease -tho I do have STRIGHT hair.

good for the price
This flat iron is a good quality product, especially for the Amazon price, which is much less than FHI's website. I liked how it is comfortable to hold (compared to the Hana elite iron I tried before) and the wider plates work well since I have extremely thick, long curly hair. I had an FHI iron that I purchased in 2004 that was kind of noisy -it would creak when I pressed the plates together- but they seem to have solved this problem with the new platform series. One thing that confused me is how the instruction book says it works best on damp, towel-dried hair, but I did not find this claim to be true. If my hair wasn't completely dry, it just took longer to straighten, having to go over each section many more times. I even tried it on my niece who had very fine, thin hair, and it didn't work well on her hair when wet either. It may work better when used with the FHI hot sauce, but I just used it with biosilk and John Frieda Frizz serum. Another thing I noticed it that it doesn't seem to stay at 450 degrees for long while straightening. The temperature seems to drop a little while your hair is going through the plates, but then if set down for as minute or so, the red light will start bliking again to show it reached the desired temp. My hair never seems to stay straight for long, but that may just be my hair and the high humidity levels in Florida. Overall, I would recommend this product. Before purchasing, I read many reviews and ordered a Hana elite 1.5" from another online store, because I was curious to try a new brand, but after being disappointed and wasting in return shipping, I got this FHI and I am happy with the results.

My hair never looked better!
I love my FHI flat iron! At first i was nervous about making such an investment in a flat iron, but i got it in the mail, went home for lunch, bumped my ends and received compliments all afternoon. I love it so much i just put in an order for the FHI 1"; which i know i'll enjoy just the same

Flat Irons
Very good product although I haven't found much of a difference between it and my HAI (stopped working after about 4 years) what made a big difference was using the FHI hot sauce along with it.
